Job Description

General

  • Assisting supervisors and other staff members in their tasks.
  • Learn as much as possible and understand how the company works.

HR:

  1. Support the recruitment process including onboarding and offboarding employees.
  2. Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and interviewers.
  3. Perform reference checks on potential hires.
  4. Create new form when necessary.

Admin:

  1. Filing: organize and maintain company documents and records including sorting and labelling documents.
  2. Business card orders (upon requested).
  3. Store office supplies and printers (when required).
  4. Assist in organizing company events (when required).
  5. Assist phone calls for company.

Job Requirements

  • Internship period of minimum 6 months from October 2024 and onwards.
  • A candidate who is able to start in October 2024 is preferable.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A final year student or recent graduate.
  • Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask.
