Job Description
General
- Assisting supervisors and other staff members in their tasks.
- Learn as much as possible and understand how the company works.
HR:
- Support the recruitment process including onboarding and offboarding employees.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and interviewers.
- Perform reference checks on potential hires.
- Create new form when necessary.
Admin:
- Filing: organize and maintain company documents and records including sorting and labelling documents.
- Business card orders (upon requested).
- Store office supplies and printers (when required).
- Assist in organizing company events (when required).
- Assist phone calls for company.
Job Requirements
- Internship period of minimum 6 months from October 2024 and onwards.
- A candidate who is able to start in October 2024 is preferable.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A final year student or recent graduate.
- Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask.
