Our product is a retail data analytics platform that automatically captures, consolidates, analyses, and visualizes online and offline transactional data via expertly designed reports. 4. I don’t know much about analytics. How will you train me?

SYCARDA’s insights have been designed to make it very easy for even users without data analytics training to spot trends and behaviours as well as to understand what is going on in the outlets.

We also provide detailed training documents as well as videos explaining how to view and use each insight we have developed. Additionally, we run HRDF claimable training courses for those who want a deeper knowledge in data analytics.

5. How are you different from my Point of Sales (POS) reporting?

SYCARDA provides in-depth and visualised insights that help you spot patterns easily. We collaborate with more than 50 POS vendors to help their clients achieve better decision making with data with a product that does not require manual data engineering and cleaning.

6. Are you able to integrate with my POS system to collect data?

Yes.

7. Do you charge integration?

No, we do not.

8. Do you charge for customized reports?

No, we do not.
We will build new insights based on inputs from our clients for free and deploy it to our platform so that all clients can have access to it.

9. We’ve changed our POS system twice. Can I insert my first POS system historical sales into SYCARDA?

Yes. If we are integrated with your current POS vendor, we can pull historical data and combine it with the data from your new POS vendor, so you have no gaps in data.

10. We are using 3 different POS systems, can SYCARDA consolidate all my sales data?

Yes, we are able to pull and consolidate data across multiple POS systems into a single dashboard.

11. Can SYCARDA analyse online sales transaction or just in-shop retail transactions?

Yes, we are able to pull sales data from online e-commerce platforms and consolidate it together with your physical store sales. We are currently integrated with Lazada, Shopee, Shopify and WooCommerce.
